Cahaba Safeguard Administrators audits hospitals and works to reduce healthcare costs. They’re good at it too. Business boomed, but quick expansion brought growing pains, and CSA began to lose the identity that helped them achieve success in the first place. To help manage their growth, we created an operator’s manual. The book reminds people of the values that made them successful, and it shapes principles in the context of a growing company to help them continue to do great work.
